You have never met a sweeter, more faithful, more loving family than this. They are perfectly smitten with each other, especially their new addition... and big brother's overwhelming joy for his new baby is evident in every photo I had the pleasure of taking!
We spent the morning relaxing at their adorable apartment, just taking in those sacred moments of having a newborn in the house again. I encouraged them to go about their normal routine, which led us out to the sidewalks of San Francisco for a walk and a scooter ride so big brother could burn off a little energy. Their calm and sense of comfort with each other is infectious, and it kept me steady as I walked backwards up and down the streets of San Francisco.
Needless to say, I am honored to have had the opportunity to spend the morning photographing this family...but more importantly, I'm honored to call them friends.
